Policies

RETURNS:
All Kin54 products are custom & made to order — produced only after your order is placed. Each item is uniquely created for you. Because of this, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted if:
- You ordered the wrong size or color
- You changed your mind after placing the order
Please review all details carefully before submitting your order.  

Damaged or Defective Products: 
If your order arrives damaged in transit or with a manufacturing error, we’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.  To qualify for a replacement or refund:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.
- Send your message via our Contact Form or directly to hello@kin54.com.
Once we verify the issue, we’ll process your replacement or refund promptly

Processing/Production Time:
The production/processing time is 3 business days after which the order will be shipped. 

Tracking Your Order:
You will receive a shipping e-mail once your order has been packaged for shipping. This confirmation email will include a tracking number for your package so that you may track the progress of your shipment. This tracking confirmation email will not be delivered to an incorrect/inaccurate email address.

Shipment Guidelines:
Orders are shipped from Monday-Friday after the processing turn-around time of 3 business days or less. **Excludes: Public holidays**.

Refused Shipments:
You will be responsible for a restocking fee and the original shipping charges on any shipments refused from KiN54 Culture | Goods | Media. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. This includes packages returned as undeliverable by the Postal Company.

Privacy Policy:
We fully protect the privacy of our customers. Any and all personal information you provide to us is maintained on secure servers and our internal systems. Our online security provides ordering with maximum security and privacy.
